Qihe County Cultural Center was founded in 1949. It is the earliest county-level public welfare comprehensive cultural institution established by the county government. It is an independent legal person institution with full funding from the county government. Over the past 60 years since its establishment, the museum has always adhered to the "double-hundred" policy and the "two-for" direction, strives to focus on meeting the growing cultural needs of the people, and adheres to the principle of "close to reality, close to society, and close to the masses". It has played an active role in the county's mass cultural undertakings.In 2011, it was promoted to a national first-class cultural center.
